[M]ake sure you are up to date on the laws in your state and know your voting rights. Vote Riders actually makes handy, printable cards with useful [voter ID] information by state to take with you to the polls.

If you, or someone you know, does not have the proper identification come Election Day, you can request to vote by provisional ballot.

And of course, check at vote.gov to make sure you are registered.
