No, but your signature on your Mail Ballot Certificate envelope must match your signature on your mail ballot application.

If your signature on the certification envelope for your mail ballot is found to be defective or incomplete by election officials, you will be provided with a written notice of the error and an opportunity to “cure” (fix) the issue(s).

The Board of Elections will attempt to notify you of the defect if you:

Such completed form must be received by no later than 4:00 p.m. on the third day following the date of a Primary Election or 4:00 p.m. on the seventh day following a General or Special Election to guarantee that your vote will be counted.
