Seagram and Sons.

Joyce’s community service includes the Founders Circle, Higher Heights for America; Board Member, Eleanor Roosevelt Legacy Committee; and Co-Chair, Social Action, North Manhattan Alumnae, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Joyce earned a B.S. from Howard University and an EEO Certification from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
