Louis W. Frillman is an executive experienced in conceptualization, leadership, and execution of strategies to build value across varied enterprises and disciplines. He is a leader of real estate service businesses, investment funds, and political and charitable enterprises. Lou is President of Marquette Advisors and Chair of Marquette Capital Advisors, where he concentrates on solving complex financial and real property issues. Lou is a nationally recognized political strategist, specializing in financial management and fundraising. He played a leading role in the 2008 and 2012 Presidential campaigns for Barack Obama, serving on the finance, transition and Inauguration teams. Lou founded and ran multiple nonprofits from 2008-2016, including in support of Biden for President. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the Counselors of Real Estate, and The Appraisal Institute. Lou continues to advise institutions, corporations, private investors, and political and nonprofits on value creation strategies.
