Helpline Team
Helpline volunteers support voters in real time by answering questions about voter ID via phone, chat, and text.
- Training required
- Weekly commitment (minimum 1 hour)

Assistance Team
Voter ID Assistance volunteers work one-on-one with voters to help them get the identification they need.
- Training provided
- Weekly commitment (minimum 2-4 hours)
- Opportunities to work online or on-the-ground

Ride and Appointment Managers help voters get to their ID appointments by coordinating transportation and managing schedules.
