Wyoming Voter Eligibility Requirements

You must register before you can vote in Wyoming.

You are eligible to vote in Wyoming if you meet all of the following requirements:

You are a citizen of the United States.
You are a resident of Wyoming.
You are at least 18 years of age on Election Day.

You cannot register to vote in Wyoming if:

You have been convicted of a felony and your civil rights have not been restored.
You have been declared incapacitated by a court of law.

Wyoming Voter Registration ID Requirements

Wyoming requires you to show an unexpired Wyoming driver’s license when registering to vote.

If you do not have a Wyoming driver’s license or your license has expired, you must:

Check a statement confirming this information on your registration form
Give the last four digits of your Social Security number
Provide an additional form of ID (listed below)

Wyoming residents without an unexpired driver’s license or Social Security number, should check the applicable box on their registration form and contact their county clerk.
