VoteRiders offers a variety of volunteer options. Our volunteer program is critical to growing our reach and providing voters with ID information and assistance. You are essential in our efforts to stop voter ID laws from silencing millions of Americans.
Direct Voter Outreach Volunteer
Deliver important ID information and assistance to voters from the comfort of your own home. Join our virtual letter-writing or texting teams as we reach out to eligible voters in key states to ensure that voter ID laws do not prevent anyone from having a voice in our democracy.
Virtual Voter Assistance Volunteer
VoteRiders is seeking dedicated virtual volunteers from across the country to provide free assistance to eligible voters in key voter ID states. This is an ongoing opportunity to make an immediate impact and directly help folks secure the ID they need.

Wikipedia Team Volunteer
Work with our virtual Wikipedia team dedicated to improving articles in accordance with Wikipedia protocols.
Key State Super Volunteers
Do you live in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas or Wisconsin? VoteRiders is looking for “Super Volunteers” to support our work in these states. On-the-ground opportunities include:
VoteRiders has a robust pro bono legal program. We work with firms and lawyers in all states who are interested in donating their legal services to further our voter ID education and assistance efforts. Opportunities include legal research and support and becoming trained volunteers for our Voter ID Clinics.
