You are registered for the VoteRiders’ Voter ID Clinic on April 30th.

 

Please bring:

• birth certificate
• proof of name change from birth if applicable (example: marriage certificate)
• 2 proofs of address* (any bill or type of mail processed through post office) – homeless individual can provide a letter from shelter with the name stating homeless status
• Florida Benefits document or access card with expiration date (cannot be over a year old) if applicable
