Olivia Julien

Deputy Director of Voter ID Assistance

Born and raised in Los Angeles to a family involved in activism of all kinds, Olivia Julien has been an activist herself from a very young age. During high school she was an intern for the DNC through the 2000 presidential election. After attending New York University Gallatin School of Individualized Study, Olivia worked in theatre production and government relations. Back in California, she worked for non-profit organizations, specifically focused on environmental conservation and animal-rights advocacy. Prior to VoteRiders, Olivia’s most significant experience was working in high-volume volunteer management and public speaking. She is most proud of the work she has done with and on behalf of youth as both a counselor and a mentor. Olivia is committed to a life of service and to empowering others to find and use their voices in an effort to make sure that no one is left behind.
