Eric Tapia is a senior financial executive with over 20 years of experience assisting publicly listed and global companies in several industries and different stages. He currently serves as SVP of Global Commercial Finance at Ingram Micro, a $50B distributor of information technology products and services based in Irvine, California. Previously, Eric was the SVP CFO at TuSimple Holdings, Inc. and Chief Accounting Officer for W.W.Grainger, Inc. and is also a former Big-4 firm audit partner with KPMG. With 10+ years as a public company officer/executive (CFO, CAO, CAE, Audit Partner), he brings corporate governance experience to VoteRiders through his work with corporate boards and committees. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Eric has an accounting degree from the University of Puerto Rico and an MBA from Duke University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the Private Directors Association & Latino Corporate Directors Association.
